Mindfulness Presentation + Meditation
With Optional Extras

60 to 180 MINUTES €350

Our Psychologist will deliver a powerpoint presentation outlining:

  • The Purpose of Mindfulness and Meditation

  • The Science of Mindfulness and Meditation

  • The Philosophy of Mindfulness and Meditation

  • A Short Meditation

  • Questions are encouraged throughout and there will be a Q & A at the end.

Optional Extras:

  • The Spirituality of Mindfulness and Meditation (Scientifically backed, Non denominational & Non Dogmatic - Optional)

  • An Extended Meditation or a 2nd Longer Meditation

  • A Yoga Class (Delivered by a Qualified Yoga Instructor)

  • Diet & Exercise Talk, as well as Other Aspects of Life that Effect Mental Health

  • A Fitness Class (Delivered by a Qualified Fitness Professional)

Corporate Wellness - Full Day Workshop

3 hours in the morning & 3 hours in the afternoon €600

This will be a full day of presentations, meditation, yoga, fitness classes, walks and talks.

Our Specialists will deliver the following:

  • A Presentation outlining the Purpose of Mindfulness and Meditation

  • A Presentation outlining the Science of Mindfulness and Meditation

  • A Presentation outlining the Philosophy of Mindfulness and Meditation

  • A Presentation on Diet, Exercise, and Holistic Health & Fitness

  • A Presentation outlining Diet, Exercise, and Other Aspects of Life that Effect Mental Health

  • The Spirituality of Mindfulness and Meditation (Scientifically backed, Non denominational & Non Dogmatic - Optional)

  • Guided Meditations

  • Awareness, Focus and Concentration Training

  • A Yoga Class (Delivered by a Qualified Yoga Instructor - Optional)

  • A Fitness Class (Delivered by a Qualified Fitness Professional - Optional)


4 to 8 Week Mindfulness Course

60 minutes once a week spread over 8 weeks $200 per week

This will include everything that is provided in the Corporate Wellness One Day Workshop and more, occurring once a week for 4 to 8 weeks.
